She is also a highly skilled facilitator and trainer having led organizational change programs around the world at many of the world’s largest companies.
In executive leadership positions at Time Warner, GE and MasterCard, Nancy created unique programs to redefine brands, re-imagine client experiences, and catalyze organizational change, including her vital roles in Time Warner's Global Leadership Initiative, GE's "Imagination at Work" campaign, and the Asian launch of MasterCard's "Priceless" campaign.
More recently, Nancy was the Chief Marketing Officer for Marsh, the world’s preeminent insurance brokerage and risk advisor. While at Marsh, Nancy led a comprehensive restructuring of the company’s global marketing function while simultaneously repositioning the brand and launching the award winning "Find the Upside" advertising campaign.
Nancy is a on the board of United Conservations, the Montauk Playhouse Community Center Foundation and a member of the Black Rock Arts Foundation.
